Quality Service
I take great pride in making picture day run as efficiently as possible for everyone involved. I pledge to give you the level of service you deserve. Delivery time is approximately two weeks while other studios find longer delivery times acceptable. Photos are separated by team for easy distribution and are accompanied by each player’s order. I pride myself in near 100% accuracy on finished orders.
I guarantee satisfaction. Questions or complaints will be handled directly by me. Customers will have the choice of having the photo re-shot at my expense or their money refunded.
As the league’s professional photographer, I can photograph teams during practices or games (at the coaches’ discretion) in order to get quality action shots of players to incorporate into products.
I also offer a donation back to the league. 10% of your league’s T&I sales on picture day will be donated back to the league. This percentage is not based on the number of participating players or a dollar amount.
Organized System
On photo day, parents complete the order forms for their player and turn them in directly to the photographer, which requires little responsibility to be put on the coach. We photograph every player, whether or not they are buying photos.
Each individual player and the team pictures are posted to a password-protected gallery on my website at no charge. This is a great way for friends and family to view individual and team pictures. Also, the web offers a fast, convenient way to reorder prints and other products. Parents are able to order photos at anytime after picture day until the end of the season. Unlike other studios, I do not impose any type of late fee for orders taken after the shoot date or charge increased pricing for re-orders. I also do not require a minimum package purchase. Pictures can be purchased in packages OR a la carte, according to the current price list.
